About Our School
Compass International School Doha (CISD) opened in September 2006 to provide great
learning for the growing number of international families in Doha, Qatar. Today,
CISD’s enrolment comprises over 700 students from over 50 countries on three campuses.
The
Gharaffa Campus is situated in the Al Gharaffa district of Doha, close to the newly
developed and prestigious Education City. The campus serves students aged 3 to 11
(Early Years to Year 6), and includes a swimming pool, a large multi-purpose hall,
a five-a-side football pitch, English and Dutch libraries, a computer suite, language
rooms and classrooms. The main building is a former royal palace.
The Madinat Khalifa
Campus, located about 10 minutes from the Gharaffa Campus, opened in September 2010
to accommodate the growing number of students and to offer additional Secondary Classes.
The Rayyan Campus has now been reopened as Compass International Kindergarten catering for students aged 3 to 5 only (Early Years 1 and 2).
